Executive search & recruitment in The Bahamas
Our home market.
We are based in Nassau. The Bahamas is where our network is deepest — across international and domestic banks, trust companies, wealth managers, family offices, law firms, utilities and public bodies — and where most of our senior searches take place.

Recruiting in The Bahamas
Nassau is one of the region’s leading international financial centres, home to international and domestic banks, private banks, trust and corporate service providers, fund administrators and a growing number of family offices. The sector is overseen by bodies including the Central Bank of The Bahamas, the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas.
Beyond financial services, we are seeing sustained demand for leadership in energy, utilities and infrastructure as the country modernises its grid, and in public-sector organisations recruiting for senior, independent roles.
- Country Heads, Presidents and succession planning
- CEO and CFO appointments, including for utilities and infrastructure
- Non-Executive Directors
- Heads of Credit, Investments and Operations in private banking
- General Counsel, in-house counsel and litigation attorneys
- Trust, fiduciary, risk and compliance specialists
- Managing Directors and General Managers in the public sector
What employers should plan for
Bahamas work permits are employer-sponsored and, for most roles, require a Department of Labour certificate and local newspaper advertising before an application is filed. Top-level positions in the Immigration Fee Scale 1 category are exempt from that requirement.
We always run a genuine local search alongside any international one, so clients see the best available Bahamian and overseas candidates side by side.
General information only — always confirm current immigration requirements with the relevant authority or your advisers.
