Scales & Associates is a specialist recruitment, staffing management, talent pipelining and mapping partner. We are a “data controller”, which means we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you.

The kind of information we hold about you

For clients and prospective clients we hold the name, position, email address, LinkedIn details, website profile, press releases, and mobile and work telephone numbers of hiring managers or other points of contact.

We may also collect more sensitive information, such as information about physical or mental health conditions, or about criminal offences and convictions, which requires a higher level of protection.

How and why we use your information

  • To perform our contract or business arrangement with you.
  • To provide the services you have engaged us for.
  • To inform you about business opportunities and suitable candidates.
  • Where necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as governance, accounting and marketing.

Sharing your information

Information you submit through the forms on our website is transmitted securely and delivered to us by email using trusted service providers (Cloudflare and Resend), who process it only on our instructions.
